If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pieces within 30 days of the shipped date.  If 30 days have gone by since your shipping date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us to initiate return. 

If you would like to exchange for another size or item, contact us to initiate exchange. Our customer service will be happy to get the right item to you.  You will be responsible for shipping cost of returning your item and shipping of exchanged item.

If return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or method of payment after items are received by Living Hula. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. You will be responsible for shipping costs of returning your item.
